Members can forward their tickets via their MyDemons account on the Melbourne Football Club app or web browser.
This is a great way to get the most of your membership if you can't attend a game yourself.
Things to note:
- Transferred tickets can take up to 30 minutes from being accepted (not transferred) to become active. We strongly recommend transferring and accepting tickets as far in advance as possible to ensure no issues at the gate.
- Once a ticket has been forwarded and accepted, it cannot be retrieved.
- Ensure to double check the contact details you are forwarding to.
- Only reserved seat/reserved bay and full season general admission tickets can be forwarded.
- We strongly advise against forwarding your ticket(s) to someone you do not know. Always double check the contact details you are entering.

Step-by-step guide (SENDER)
1. Open the Melbourne FC mobile app
2. Select Mobile Membership. This will be located on the bottom, centre of the screen
3. Select the relevant match
4. On the ticket you would like to transfer, select 'Transfer'
5. Confirm the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer
6. Select the method of transfer (email or SMS) and enter the details of the person you wish to send the ticket to. Please note: we recommend SMS as it is easier to navigate on mobile devices.
7. Confirm the details and enter an optional message, then select 'Transfer'
Step-by-step guide (RECEIVER)
1. Open the email or SMS you received from Melbourne and select 'Accept Tickets'
2. Once redirected to MyDemons, log into your account or create an account. If the ticket was forwarded to a particular email or phone number, please ensure to create an account with the same details
3. Once logged in, the ticket will be displayed in your account. If you do not get redirected straight to the ticket page, use the navigation menu to head to the 'Mobile Membership' page
4. You should now be able to access and use your forwarded ticket. We would recommend adding to your smartphone wallet for quick and easy access at the game!
Step-by-step guide (WEB BROWSER)
1. On the Melbourne Football Club website, log into your MyDemons account. The log in page can be found here
2. Go to 'My Profile'
3. Go to 'My Events'
4. Select 'View Event Details' on the relevant ticket that you wish to forward
5. Select 'Transfer' and follow the prompts to complete the ticket transfer
6. The receiving steps will be similar to above
