Members can forward their tickets via their MyDemons account on the Melbourne Football Club app or web browser.
On the Melbourne Football Club app, go to your mobile membership and click on the ticket event that you wish to forward. If the ticket is eligible to forward, there will be a 'Transfer' button to click. Follow the prompts to complete the ticket transfer.
On the Melbourne Football Club web browser, go to 'My Profile' and then 'My Events'. Click 'View Event Details' on the relevant ticket event that you wish to forward. Click 'Transfer' and follow the prompts to complete the ticket transfer.
- Important to note that once a ticket has been forwarded and accepted, it cannot be retrieved.
- Only forward tickets onto reliable sources and people you know.
- Ensure to double check the contact details you are forwarding to.
- Only reserved seat/reserved bay and full season general admission tickets can be forwarded.
- Once a ticket has been accepted, it may take up to 30 minutes to activate in the MCG ticketing system. For this reason, it is recommended you transfer tickets as far in advance as possible.
