Preparing for Member On-Sale

Ensure you have a Ticketek and/or Ticketmaster account set up and log in to your account ahead of the on-sale to save time during the checkout process.

You will receive an email each week confirming on-sale dates and times and a link to access the member pre-sale. Please ensure you are opted into receive Membership & Ticketing communications by checking your email preferences. More information here.

If your 2026 membership is not fully paid, your barcode will not be active for finals.

Member Barcode

To purchase tickets in the member on-sale in the Finals Series you will need your member barcodes. You will receive these via email prior to each on-sale. You are also able to find your barcode(s) on your MyDemons account here.

If you are unable to locate your barcode(s), please contact our membership team by calling (03) 9652 1155 or by emailing membership@melbournefc.com.au

If you are entering multiple barcodes at the same time, each barcode should be entered on a new line, e.g.:

*Please ensure when you are entering your barcodes, you only use the 12 digits and not the prefixes (Ad, Jn, Co).

Accessibility Seating

Ticketek Venues (Adelaide Oval, MCG, People First Stadium)

Accessible Seats for Ticketek venues will be available online, subject to availability. Members will be able to select tickets best suited to their needs via Ticketek's 'sell by seat' feature during the member pre-sale.

If you can’t purchase via on-sale, there will be a limited allocation of tickets available via the Accessible Bookings Webform here.

Finals Checklist

1. Check your membership status. Make sure your membership is active, fully paid and includes finals access.
2. Confirm your contact details. We will notify you via email or SMS so double-check your:

• Email Address
• Mobile Number

3. Know your barcode number. You will need this to buy tickets.

• Find it on your MyDemons account
• Save it somewhere accessible

4. Understand ticketing timeframes. Ticket information can be provided as short as 24 hours after the final game of the season. Members will have a timed purchase window. Be ready to act fast.
5. Create a Ticketmaster/Ticketek account and know your passwords. Depending on the venue, tickets will be sold via Ticketek or Ticketmaster. Ensure to have an account created on both ticket agent websites and are logged in.
6. Talk to your group. If you're planning to attend with family or friends, make sure:

• They are also eligible (Refer to table below)
• You all have barcodes
• One person is ready to buy for the group

Final Member Access

Eligible members receive priority access to purchase a ticket during the finals series.

• 'Yes' indicates the membership types that will have access to the member pre-sale.
• 'No' indicates the membership types that will not have access to the member pre-sale and will be required to purchase tickets through the general public on-sale, should they wish to attend.

All finals tickets are subject to availability
