To manage your MyDemons account details, follow the steps below depending on the type of information you need to update.
If you would like to change your membership or modify your existing invoice, please contact our team directly via email at membership@melbournefc.com.au or via phone on (03) 9652 1155.
How to Update Your Personal Information
After logging into your MyDemons account:
Click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
Select ‘My Profile’ from the drop-down menu.

From here, you can update the following details:
Name
Postal Address
Email Address
Phone Number
Password
Note: Your mailing address can only be updated in the profile section of your Club Membership Account.
Updating Email, Phone Number or Password via Ticketmaster
Your email address, phone number, and password must be updated through Ticketmaster, our official ticketing partner.

How to Update Your Payment Method
To update your credit or debit card details:
Login to your MyDemons Account
Select ‘My Invoices’
Click ‘Edit Payment Method’
Select ‘Add Payment Method’
Choose ‘Add New Credit or Debit Card’
Enter your new card details and click ‘Save’
Note: If there are no active invoices in your account and you wish to update your card details, please contact our membership team:
