Your Account ID (member number) and membership barcode are essential for accessing tickets, benefits, and member-only areas. Here's how to find them.
Where to Find Your Member Number:
Your member number (also called your Account ID) can be found:
On your physical membership card
By logging into your MyDemons account via the:
Melbourne Football Club App
Web browser
Your member number stays the same throughout your time as a member, unless you create a new account.
Where to Find Your Membership Barcode:
Your barcode number is what you’ll use to:
Enter games
Upgrade tickets
Access member areas (if eligible)
On the MFC Website (Web Browser):
Log in to your MyDemons account
Your barcode will be shown:
On the home page
Under ‘Membership Details’
On the Melbourne FC Mobile App:
Open the app and go to ‘Mobile Membership’
Select the game you're attending
Tap ‘Ticket Details’ on your ticket
You’ll see the Barcode Number for that game
You can repeat this process for each ticket or game event on your account.
