If you wish to purchase a membership for someone else this can be done via two methods – setting up the member under your account as the primary account holder or creating a new account.
By setting up the member under your account, this means all communications will be sent to you as the primary account holder. This includes emails, phone communication and the membership pack being sent to your address.
If you're purchasing a membership as a gift and want the recipient to receive their own communications and have the membership card in their own Melbourne FC app account, we recommend setting up a new account in their name.
You can use your own contact details (email, phone, and address) during purchase and update them later once the gift is given.
If you've already purchased the membership under your account and wish to transfer it to the recipient, please contact us and we can help set up a new account under their name.
