Demon Seats Area members, will need to redeem a $0 seat ticket for our Blockbuster games should they wish to attend. For ANZAC Day Eve and Kings Birthday they will not be able to scan their current membership barcodes via physical membership card or mobile membership to gain entry to the ground and bays M13-M14.
This change has been made to ensure they have access to a seat, and are able to sit with others in their group, for our high demand matches.
Demon Seat Area members can click the link here to redeem a $0 seat ticket via Ticketek using their member barcode/s. Member barcode/s have been emailed to Demon Seat Area members or can be found by contacting membership services on (03) 9652 1155 or at membership@melbournefc.com.au
Once in Ticketek, please follow these steps to redeem your $0 seat ticket.
- Click on the date and select 'Club Members & Public Reserve'.
- Enter your 12 digit barcode number and select Unlock Tickets. (Note: If you have multiple barcodes and want to be seated next to each other, enter them each on a new line one below the other, up to 8 per transaction)
- Click on 'Find Best available'. Once selected, click the plus button next to Upgrade: Demon Seats Member and follow the steps through to finalise the transaction. The options below the Upgrade: Demon Seats Member are for guest passes which will be seated next to you. You can purchase 4 guest tickets.
- Click 'Next' and continue through the purchase process to finalise your order.
