In 2022 and beyond, we are simplifying the way our membership accounts are managed.
If you have previously had 'linked' individual accounts such as a family membership or various memberships managed and paid by you, these are now combined into Group Accounts where multiple members are listed on the same account, share one email address, and use the same payment method.
What does this mean?
We are improving member experience by having all previously linked individuals accounts combined in one account.
This means, there will be one login, one invoice and one payment method all under one Group Account.
All communications will be sent to the primary email address on behalf of all linked members and you will have one member number for the group. Each member will still have a unique barcode number that will appear under the group account the week of each home game.
More information regarding mobile memberships will be communicated closer to the season commencing.
Please note - If any linked members wish to be removed from your Group Account an alternative email address must be provided. Please contact Melbourne Membership on 1300 336 667 or email membership@melbournefc.com.au if you have any questions or if you wish to update or make any changes to your Group Account.
